Syrian Fattoush Recipe for 4 People
Ingredients:
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2-3 pieces of pita bread, toasted and broken into pieces
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sumac
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Vegetables:
- In a large bowl, combine diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red and green bell peppers, sliced red onion, chopped parsley, and chopped mint leaves.
