Colcannon Recipe for 4 People
Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs) potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 4 cups shredded cabbage or kale
- 1 cup leeks, finely sliced
- 1 cup whole milk

Instructions:
- Boil Potatoes:
