Chicken Yassa Recipe for 4 People
Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 large onions, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon thyme

- 4 cups cooked jasmine rice, for serving
Instructions:
