Algerian Constantine Trida Recipe for 4 People
Ingredients:
- 500g lamb or beef, cut into cubes
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup chickpeas, soaked overnight
- 1 cup vermicelli noodles

Instructions:
