  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Prepare the Barramundi:
    • Pat the barramundi fillets dry with paper towels.
    • Season both sides with salt and pepper.

    • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
    • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the barramundi is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve:
    • Remove the skillet from the oven.
    • Squeeze lemon juice over the fillets and garnish with fresh herbs.
    • Serve the barramundi immediately, with additional lemon wedges on the side if desired.
