Argentinian Carbonada Recipe for 4 People
Ingredients:
- 500g beef stew meat, cubed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced

Instructions:
