American Chicken Pie Recipe for 4 People
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- 1 package (9 inches) refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Prepare Filling:
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
