  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Griddle or Skillet:
    • Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter the Bread:
    • Spread a thin layer of softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Assemble the Sandwiches:
    • Place a slice of bread, buttered side down, on a clean surface.
    • Sprinkle about 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the bread.

    • Top with another slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
  4. Grill the Sandwiches:
