Chilean Churrasco Sandwich Recipe for 4 People
Ingredients:
- 4 beef sirloin steaks (about 150g each)
- 4 sandwich rolls (preferably marraqueta or French bread)
- 4 slices of cheese (Cheddar or similar)
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Ketchup
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- Prepare the Steaks:
- Season the beef sirloin steaks with salt and pepper.
