Syrian Kebab Halabi Recipe for 4 People
Ingredients:
- 500g ground lamb or beef
- 1 onion, finely grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions:
- Prepare the Meat Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb or beef with grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped cilantro, allspice, cinnamon, black pepper, cumin, and salt. Mix well to combine.
- Shape the Kebabs:
- Divide the meat mixture into equal portions.
- Take each portion and mold it onto skewers, forming long, thin kebabs.
- Grill the Kebabs:
