Ingredients:

  • 4 Alheira sausages
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Olive oil, for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Alheira:
    • Remove the Alheira sausages from their casings and crumble the meat into a bowl.
  2. Cook the Alheira:
