Alheira de Mirandela Recipe for 4 People
Ingredients:
- 4 Alheira sausages
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of bread
- Olive oil, for frying
Instructions:
- Prepare the Alheira:
- Remove the Alheira sausages from their casings and crumble the meat into a bowl.
- Cook the Alheira:

- Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- Serve:
- Place each cooked Alheira sausage on a plate.
